No basic humanity.Treating employees as objects. No personal life. Working extra hours it will often extended to next day without extra pay. Failed to ensure employees safety at night. HR manager not available at production office location.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Dislikes are not much. They are very strict in timings. Managers don't like employees to sit in office beyond working hours. They expect everyone to finish their work on time.
