The environment is good and so is the culture of the company. The teams are supportive and compensation is given as per the company performance to the team members. Regular get togathers in the company has improved the team spirit and closeness among the team

There is always a scope for improvement in everything and so is with Mileage especially on the training part

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
