There is nothing to like about this company. Its more like a shop. Even shops have better work culture than here.

When someone would join this company (Halwai ki dukan) they will made feel special as if they are the the only one in the company. After 1 month they would be given so much pressure that would start felling to quit the company. Sometimes the works hours goes upto 12hours. Here if you will make a small mistakes it would become a big issue. New employee are given 3 months of training after which either employee quit or the the management make sure they are out from the company. This Company(Shop) works on Delhi shop and establishment act. All the employees are only 3 month old Some are even 10 day. All the good reviews here are made by the management. No increment. All management will force you to work in your private time. Candidate be aware of these type of shops. They are ruining many careers. Pirated software are used which are downloaded from getintopc. I am happy to work here. Most importantly, one will get to learn a lot. There is a wonderful staff and everyone is so knowledgeable. Great company to work with.

The only thing which I don't like is that it takes 2 hours for me to travel, that makes my day hectic.

Its not a good company to start career with. Toxic environment and politics are played. No growth opportunity. Only hire and fire policy are taken seriously here.

Dislikes

The management is very abusive and will call you even after your working hours are complete. False promises are done to meet the goals. And you will be fired if you do not after working hours. Also there is no compensation of working extra time.

Nothing to like about this company, no mental peace, the manager will force you to work beyond office hours. No appraisal and the moment you are close to your first appraisal the manager will mentally torture you so that you leave the company. He will never keep to his words and has a toxic nature whenever someone questions back.

Dislikes

Everything no work life balance you will burnout each and every day, employees are even called on weekends and national holidays threating to be fire. The manager knows nothing about the softwares and how work is done but acts like there is noone like him. He will seperate the team and even tell them to complete the work even it means to skip the meal.
