Nothing is good as per the coding standards. They take mostly govt projects and hire fresher in 9k. They ask them to code and didnot care about coding standards and principal. No mentorship to junior. HR and manager are terrible liers. If you listen them blindly, you are good otherwise politics will played. Project are not that muchstandard. The best part is in notice periods. They will hold your salary and pay you 40% for first month and will pay remaining percentage at last month of notice period. Company's senior employee has no etiquettes how to talk to their junior.really it was very bad experience there there is no humanity.i was not only one person who has left that after 2 month even there are lot of employees like me had left that like me before 1-2 month due to company's employees behaviour and no humanity. One majorpoints consider in mind when you joined this company then make sure everything that they will offer you or not. Company's main boss who says himself IIT Toper will talk you in joining time and he say lie everything such as increment your salary he will increase your salary ever 6 months then he increase salary most of the employee like 500 and max 1000 only so be alert this kind of things. Only one thing that there are lots of learning for freshers. If you're freshers then you have much wear here like comments, senior employee argument and abusing also of senior employee.
