Microware corp provide you job stability

Dislikes

Nothing is good as per the coding standards. They take mostly govt projects and hire fresher in 9k. They ask them to code and didnot care about coding standards and principal. No mentorship to junior. HR and manager are terrible liers. If you listen them blindly, you are good otherwise politics will played. Project are not that muchstandard. The best part is in notice periods. They will hold your salary and pay you 40% for first month and will pay remaining percentage at last month of notice period. Only 2 and 4 Saturday and Sunday are weekly off....Read More
