Product quality is very very poor. During covid situation salary deducted. No fix date of salary. DA TA deducted without explanation. After electrician meet deducted the amount. You have to bear the deducted amount. Very poor communication. No written communication only verbal communication. HR will black listed your mobile number if you ask any explanation. Will not fullfill any commitment after you crack the job from company....Read More

System, salary schedule, expenses schedule, product quality, target distribution, distribution policy, nothing is good. Totally wastages of career.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
