Work life balance, diversity inclusion and benefits are great at Microsoft. There are hardly any other organization who can compete with Microsoft for employee benefits and great culture.

Dislikes

Limited scope of career growth due to minor possibilities of growing and lack of opportunities to different BU. Very high expectations from roles.
