As per my thinking company is good. . Microland is providing very benifits training for growth in future and gain knowledge.

Dislikes

But some beneficial is not providing on client location. As per my position salary should be good

Nothing is there, Only one thing that your Salary will credit in time , THATS IT.

Everything , you will not get Appraisal, off (if you applied for Off on any day you want then they will deduct your weekend off and you have to work on that day) Only things you will get that scolding for small mistakes and there is shift which changes every week that destroy your health as well as mental health.

Nothing much, but yes one positive is salary always provide on time. It's easy to filup attandance and company related portal access. Working atmosphere not good. Company totally dependent on client representative. Means that employee is not first priority of company but client is everything for company.

Dislikes

Everything has been a bad experience except timely salary. Company culture not enough professional and job security as dependent on how your client location relationship with client representative.

If you like working 24x7, you would love it. Payment is also descent.

Very poor work life balance. No hierarchy being followed. Owner himself is of the thought that work is important than personal life. Not sure why people don't speak up but if you do so, obviously you are the culprit.

No proper culture, people sitting more than 20 years are big sharks. They will tumble you and they follow their own work culture and nothing is systematic

Work load very high this company. Lead not helping. Lots of the load handle field support engineers. Company environment not good. Senior not support to important time Further without any mistake blame to engineers.

The main dislike our senior not helping property to main time and after that blame to our field support engineers it's your issue.

Microland company is very good for the freshers where they can learn lot however for the senior employees the work pressure would be more. It is very deficult for you guys to balance your personal and professional. I have seen lot of employees have resigned during in our mid year review. I wont recommend to join if you are being the senior employee. Thank you all.

Worst management, especially APAC region SDM Bharath does not even know how to communicate with peers(rude) and does not know what is people management. No job security, not a good place to work. Within 2 years of time I was working under 5 different SDM’s. All 5 SDM’s one after the other quit the organisation
