I have never seen this type of company.Manager and his boss behaves like he is the owner of company. Even he didn't know about anything in IT but still he is IT Manager no any degree to lead the IT but still he is manager becose of Client . Hero client like horrible. behaves like you are a labour. Nothing to learn. Daily basis you need to run atleast 10 km in plant for power on the desktop.no work life balance no leave If you are complaining about manger no one take action.and If you are looking for join microland pls do join in any of the north project specialy Gurgaon hero project.
