Likes

It is a small company and has a good work life balance. It does take care of its employees during their tough times and ensure all the relevant supports are given to them.

Dislikes

Due to too much of attrition at higher management, work culture, ethics and things like team bonding, has taken a dig. I feel employees no more feel connected to the organization and needs a stronger force to appreciate them at all level to keep them motivated. Need to invest in some additional tools to automate manual works and needs to increase the turnover of company overall to compete.

Hi Sharks, I am having pf overlap of 1 month , I worked in a company there was a process rampdown they benched me and sent me benching letter and experience letter for the process I worked, now my bgv came red while joining hcl, my previous employer said that I got terminated because I didn’t respond them, I was released on 26oct and joined 2nd org on 21st oct , but in pf portal my first employer released date is 25 november . What to do now ?
