The only thing that is good about microland is job security. Apart from that I don't see any positives

There are lot of things.. 1. Most of the managers will not treat employees as human they just blackmail and expose you infront of managers. 2. There is no work life balance and managers and management make company culture horrible. 3. There is satisfaction they make engg work for 12-14 hours. 4.
