Company has some good projects and clients. You will be having ample of time to do your tasks. Microland is only responsible for Salary. Rest of the things we need to do with client.

Dislikes

Bad Timesheet policy. If you miss to fill up the timesheet, they will deduct all your leaves and cut alot of salary also depending on the number of days you missed to fill up the timesheet.

Company Culture is very poor and is Biased based on your location. Pune office does not even have canteen and basics. Higher leadership cannot handle the load and is always full of negativity and zero trust in middle management layer and employees. There is always a blackmail kind of situation that you will have negetive impact on yearly hikes and yearly Bonus. You will definitely get opportunities and you will grow till one extend. Once your work is done there is no respect for you.
