Internal project management is terrible. No leaves no comp-offs. Hectic schedule! Manager and Lead do not have proper insights for the project and lack of resources. Won't get holidays even if you say you are sick and having other emergency. Project Management team doesn't even hear your feedback on anything. If you dare to speak you'll be threatened. They'll use it without any ethics and once they get other resources they will try to find a way to eliminate the existing guys. I worked in Microland for close to 3 years. Management team plays political games sometimes. I was not happy with the roster procedure they followed. Even after requesting to put me in a single shift due to my severe health conditions they changed my shift on weekly basis. Sometimes I used to not get the expected incentives which is my hard earned money. Overall, an average rating to Microland.
