If am talking about the Microland is also similar organisation as many other company will offer to you as there is no job guarantee, appraisal is also below average as per standard.
Dislikes
About teammates they are good as they now all colleague understanding. But there is no training available online at work if you are looking only in regional/head office training camps are available and if you working in client side its not easy to catch those trainings. Innovation seems to be only over papers.
