Nothing is there, Only one thing that your Salary will credit in time , THATS IT.

Everything , you will not get Appraisal, off (if you applied for Off on any day you want then they will deduct your weekend off and you have to work on that day) Only things you will get that scolding for small mistakes and there is shift which changes every week that destroy your health as well as mental health.

Company has some good projects and clients. You will be having ample of time to do your tasks. Microland is only responsible for Salary. Rest of the things we need to do with client.

Bad Timesheet policy. If you miss to fill up the timesheet, they will deduct all your leaves and cut alot of salary also depending on the number of days you missed to fill up the timesheet.

Company Culture is very poor and is Biased based on your location. Pune office does not even have canteen and basics. Higher leadership cannot handle the load and is always full of negativity and zero trust in middle management layer and employees. There is always a blackmail kind of situation that you will have negetive impact on yearly hikes and yearly Bonus. You will definitely get opportunities and you will grow till one extend. Once your work is done there is no respect for you. Be aware if you are joining in Pune as they do not even have HR in there till 2024 and now for name sake they have a HR candidate who has not even had a single connect with team....Read More

There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.

Everything. Bad Work Culture, Bureaucracy, Dead HR System, Over exploitation of the resources, No Empathy, No Job security, Micro management, No Recognition, No Respect, Language based grouping (Mallu's and Bengali's dominated) in both Senior and Mid Management, No involvement from VP, Chairman, HR whatever happens with the leadership team.

If you like working 24x7, you would love it. Payment is also descent.

Very poor work life balance. No hierarchy being followed. Owner himself is of the thought that work is important than personal life. Not sure why people don't speak up but if you do so, obviously you are the culprit.
