Microchip work culture prior to Microsemi aqusition was very good. Post aquisition, the company has turned into a company where in one has to face politics on a daily basis.

Dislikes

Microsemi aqusition might be good for the business but it has spoilt the company work environment.

Management. Projects are simple, not cutting edge echnology. Bad politics. No proper hikes. Biased RSU allotment.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
