Microchip is a really amazing company, with great values and work culture, I was blessed i.e. Got an opportunity to understand the inner culture of a said company. 1. With Approx ~600 employee strength in Bangalore, every individual is master on his/her work (either it HR, Finance, IT etc). The day I joined the organization, First Imet the HR team, she is very polite and welcomes me very warm, All my documents was ready, which she handover to me with a brief explanation, then later she individually introduced me to each dept. Later when I went to IT to collect the laptop, the same vibes I got from him too. As a new, employee I feel like each and everyone is already accepted me as a Microchip family and honor my presence. 2. Regard New joining Training: I already attended 2 New joining Training in my carrier before but this was completely different. As already mentioned each employee/Trainer ( Individual Departement) is presenting amazingly. Also, a lot of games happened with some learning and being a nice human being. It is really great. 3. Again I blessed with superb and amazing teammates, individually everyone is awesome and same time they are such nice persons. 4. Dislikes

I don't have any as such, but yes feedback for the cafeteria, that could be far better as of current (i.e food quality, north Indian dishes and so on)
