Md is very good but management is very bad who have zero knowledge they are getting high salary because this plant only required who have good knowledge about bucket or oil massage. I have proof all of these in unit 4 production manager who will take salary above 2 lakh but he doesn't know about injection moulding. I have proof but mppl management good then I'll told some mould name if Mr prasant mallikarjun is able to give ok part in 48 hour then I'll salute from my heart. Politics and partiality moulding. In moulding manager need only bucket work who will know good bucket he will able to work there only. I fill that end of 5 year when new manager come.
