Only the owner son who is quite ambitious to do and apply new things to the office but can't take decisions of his own

Dislikes

Owner of the company, He is such a terrible guy to work , fully interested in catering only government works, and filling government people pockets to get the projects , company should be blacklisted , as they mostly doing work for railways, for the safety of people this company should be blacklisted

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
