The company is open to admission purpose and MIBM institute is distance learning education based. I love tha fact that i m a part of institute and there timing is best we are doing team work we work happily.

Dislikes

Future growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes. I have to work night my candidate calling me at night which is why l have to take back my suggestion.

I like the environment and the work I do here and I have learnt so many things such as how to deal with different people of globally. People get promotion according to their skill and quality no matter whether they are fresher or experienced.

Dislikes

Less increment in salary is slow but incentives are high. Work pressure is very high. I have to work at home also to late at night even on holidays also. Not satisfy with the company policy.

Very challenging work that's why working their is exciting and we can improve creativity also. No pre made principals follow in that field we have to do something new at every task and every day because we have to deal with different state and countries.
