I like the environment and the work I do here and I have learnt so many things such as how to deal with different people of globally. People get promotion according to their skill and quality no matter whether they are fresher or experienced.

Dislikes

Less increment in salary is slow but incentives are high. Work pressure is very high. I have to work at home also to late at night even on holidays also. Not satisfy with the company policy.

Worst company.lots of fake people.forced to work till 10pm at night. Gives a offer letter of 12k in hand+incentives bt when the month completed gives only 3-5k and the seniors forced the employee a lot.total exp is veryyyyyyyyyyyyy bad .

The company is open to admission purpose and MIBM institute is distance learning education based. I love tha fact that i m a part of institute and there timing is best we are doing team work we work happily.

Future growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes. I have to work night my candidate calling me at night which is why l have to take back my suggestion.

Bills not paid, wrong promises made. we have been their lead generation partner. We have recorded calls, emails, sms, whatsapp messages.

The environment of Mibm was realy very good. Harjeet sir was rwLy very motivated.. i love when he used to motivated to each n every single counsellor with an amazing aspact of behaviour
