I like the work the company does in the areas of rehabilitation, empowerment and disaster management. Also I haven’t seen many organizations that do the complete cycle of research, development, concept selling and marketing, all in-house. The top management team consists of doctors, engineers and professionals who are open and active ly work for medical advancement and innovation. During my initial assessments I also was fortunate to be part of the concept selling team. This and subsequent assignments has given me invaluable experience and opportunities. While the company does all of research, development and innovation, management approvals may seem to take time. While this could be common practice in medical manufacturing, it can be a bit frustrating at times. Compensation is above industry norms though growth can be slow. Worklife b alance has its ups and downs depending on work at hand with at least a couple of intense periods in a year....Read More
