Nothing except infrastructure.

Dislikes

...never supported in anyway to the employees nor to the Management at Delhi/ NCR. Worst part is they will never give you increment, growth, hike & never pay your notice period salary nor Earned leave. They teach their employees themselves that don't quit ethically.

Likes

I like the work the company does in the areas of rehabilitation, empowerment and disaster management. Also I haven’t seen many organizations that do the complete cycle of research, development, concept selling and marketing, all in-house. The top management team consists of doctors, engineers and professionals who are open and actively work for medical advancement and innovation. During my initial assessments I also was fortunate to be part of the concept selling team. This and subsequent assignments has given me invaluable experience and opportunities. The work environment gives me free hand at most levels. Thought career growth could be seen as slow, it can be good and very rewarding

Dislikes

...common practice in medical manufacturing, it can be a bit frustrating at times. Compensation is above industry norms though growth can be slow. Worklife balance has its ups and downs depending on work at hand with at least a couple of intense periods in a year.

...e. Not a greedy corporate but one that really strives to make a positive impact. Compensation is fine but more never hurts :)

Dislikes

For sales, vindictive people create problems in the market and that's irritating. Company has had strict attendance policies but are more flexible once you perform well.
