MGM Muthu is not the best to work for. The typical company which does not have any kind of employee recognition system or appreciation. Their Human Resources department (Which does not exist) is limited to payroll management. Incumbents with no ambition or to get into a job which is a temporary source of income. Team mates are soinsecure of the job that everyone tries to pass on the buck to someone else. There is literally no training, I have not seen any promotions unless the person is in sales and is responsible to get revenue to the company, Appraisal system is discretionary and is approved by the owner/ chairman himself, work environment is toxic and the worst part is that there is no respect for your personal life. You are required to work tirelessly and you cant expect anyone to understand that you have a life beyond work space.
