Dislikes

No control of University on institute Head, biased in promotions, target faculties, no growth opportunities, HOI is biased on caste, religion. All benefits are taken by HOI only. Culture of keeping spy in each course batch, faculty.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
