No permission for prayers and the teaching post was included in Not teaching post.

Dislikes

No permission for prayers of Muslims. No appraisal. Nobody stands on their words. Change of decisions. Behaviour was not good. Only Director & Deputy Directors were polite.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
