The plant is situated 45 km away from the city of Vadodara. HALOL is not an urban setting. Most employees have to travel a minimum of 2 hours everyday. The company doesn’t consider this and always expects employees to put in extra hours. Almost all managers are two faced, pro at dumping blame on subordinates. Some of the managers recruited from GM are here in this organisation and location from start and they feel that they can treat there subordinate like the way they want they actually don't realise that the culture they are developing will be applied to there son and daughter also. And the experienced employee who have worked in multiple OEMS will not tolerate use of abusive language personal remarks and etc.....Read More

There is no scope of improvement in this organisation. People at senior level are incompetent. I have worked with so many big automobile organisation but never seen such pathetic work ethics.

Incompetent management No direction to grow Simply copy paste models from China to India. Just replication of Chinese vehicles and hoping to earn in India. Sad approach towards any problems. No mindset to problem solving.
