The manager I was working under was the worst person I've ever worked with he just had personal grudges with everyone and will try to spoil your life with his negative thoughts and he doesn't have a good accent of English which turns out the clients to get a bad repo about the organisation neither he knows how to handle the closure and have good knowledge about the skill set which requires in this job role but he'll be blaming others and pressurize others and create a toxic environment. Don't know why MetroMax management is still keeping him as many employees left the organisation because of him. His name is Jim brown (pseudo name ) be aware of him. Nothing, I developed major self doubts about my capabilities which lead to anxiety. They will hire people for few months and fire them before confirming the employee to reduce down on their employee benefits head counts and rehire fresher at lesser pay scale and the cycle is iterative.
