Went with lot of expectations, but had very horrible experience. you can read it in the dislike comment section

1.after my first job, I got placed here. they told they are hiring for 2 month contact. I said ok no problem. now after 2 months too they are extending our contract. they are refusing to take us on direct payroll. 2. From day one, all the teammates and senior members kept on saying, "BRO YOU HAVE REACHED A WRONG PLACE" I being in my learning curve of my life, this company and the people here have just made life horrible. we went in with lot of expectations, but it's the worst environment to work in....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
