METRO teach us lot of information about retail felid and there are several department but I worked in 3 department grocery confectionary and backend that is goods receiving department even career growth is good but if we learnt here everything and move on to another good retail company then there will be huge growth in our life

Here teammates are good and even we will get good training in our metro cash and carry salary is average and appraisel also will be average only

My work in metro cash and carry is too osm the way I like to work in that particular department that is good receiving department here my work is everyday I used to go early morning around 5.30 then I was checking previous day reports after that supplier

Working systems, Company do not have proper tools to make available Metro range to customers, Even yo Their sales Team as Proper app, also sales Executives has to collect payment from customers, no COD.

Every day come to Store by 9.30am, stand-up in meeting for 15-30 minutes, then leave for Market in Possible Prospects For order and then come to store in evening, submit cash if customers has given...Order get placed Through tab given by company.

Very good company, there is a 5 star hotel and office here, any requirement we fulfill, if there is nothing we arrange it and provide it, all the facilities are not available anywhere, we provide upto 80% stock

There is some shortage everywhere, similarly here we do not get any delivery issue and holidays.
