Team members and others were very friendly and helpful. Work environment was good. Appreciation is there for good works. Salary was very good and incentives were there for target achievement.

Dislikes

I worked in the sales for HoReCa department. The DM was very rude and he often used family culture and college culture to insult employees when failed to meet the targets. The KAM blamed his below employees for his own failure.

I love to work that company, and so much of customers satisfied the low price compare to market, this is MNC company, when I joined the company I don't know anything in retail but after that I learned so much Metro is very good platform to learn the work after 10months I got promotion, because they are recognize the work and talent.

The good things are teammates, work-life balance & work environment.

Dislikes

Salary is too low as compare to market for the support /back end staff. Salary must be grow with the growth of the career & if transferred to tier 1 city, but unfortunately it is not practical in Metro. Management is too bad, no effective involvement of HR.
