Its Good For Those Who is Joining in Payroll Employees. But if u r joining as a traine or in contractor basis than that will be a problem to you. Growth system is very bad. No benifit to work more.

It was very good but due to growth system. It become very bad company.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
