Working with TATA Group is like lifetime achievement I used to worked in Telus project and the work ethic and company culture is so nice and employee friendly. Management work with proper manners and they never ever pressurized you for unwanted or irrelevant task.They always keep happ to their clients and their employees by rewarding and appropriating for all achievements.

Dislikes

As per understanding, There is no point about working at TCTSL. I observed here-Job Security. Good training/Learning Facility and Policy. Only have very less salary structures in TCTSL

Don't Expect promotions and appraisal. If you are good a** licker then you will get the promotions & appraisal. When appraisal came then manager & other senior managers started crying, your's Quality is not good, please maintain ODC time bla bla bla etc etc etc. TCTS having Worst Cafeteria & seen in my life. You have to purchase your own cup to drink tea & coffee. After that Wash it yourself.

Tcts is a great organization to work with. The policies are very favorable to employees. Salaries are on time. The benefits to employees are innumerable. Hybrid work policies

Dislikes

The hikes are less. Variable pays are usually less, better to go with Fixed salary and forget the variable part. No bonus on diwali or new year. Promotions aren't as easy as they seem. Some places like South have regional biasing which is against Tata policies, yet it completely depends on the mgmt you are workibg with or team leador manager you are working under.
