This company made me understand why people say not to join small companies with 0 ethics. So basically it's a small company therefore no culture, hrs do nothing, and if you are thinking to join Learning and development (l&d), run as fast as you can! L&d head knows nothing, the man who doesn't even know how to generate and run ruleson Outlook is hired as a manager there😂 does nothing roams around and pesters team to do his work, lies and badmouth about teams behind their backs.Moreover, when team raise their issues hrs ask is this your first job? It's a norm for them that manager can do whatever they want and since you are junior endure it and keep giving them work output. If you are capable, smart and willing to learn and grow don't join this hell hole.
