The only thing I liked about working in Billabong was Holiday's .

They don't follow the work ethics especially the Special wing Department have worked for 3yrs and I got only 5%apprasial because that was mandatory it all depends on how much you please your coordinator.

The school has a really good work environment, the staff is extremely supportive and cooperative with leading good management and administration policies and deals with parental concerns effectively.

The work environment of Billabong is very good. Supportive and systematic staff. The best thing about Billabong School is that the rules and regulations are the same for all the teachers. Thanks billabong school for giving me good experience.😊

Compensation is not according to the work. Work pressure is high as comapared to salary . Coordinator is not good and does not coordinate properly and do dirty politics. There is no appraisal for your work untill you dont butter the coordinator. If you can buttering the coordinator then u might get appraisal. I would not suggest anyone to go there.
