Please dont join this organization and spoil your career. Meru info pvt ltd is a man power company which provides resources to their client. Most of the govt projects are taken by Meru, as usual by bribing the whole system. For this company you are just an resource not a human.They will treat you like a Machine. No proper leave policy, the working hour will be doubled whenever the management orders.
I have joined bescom helpline 1912 in may 2021, bescom is one of the major client from which Meru gets a lot of fund. Around 180 Customer support executives and 15 Team leaders and 4 Team managers are working in helpline under meru payroll. There will weekly roaster for your weekoffs, you will get only 5 days off including 1 paid leave that is also you will not get in the time of festival apart from these 5 days leave there is no sick leave or any other leave , maximum only 3 LOP can be given that is also after being begged.
Once after you logged in you should submit your mobile. They wont give you mobiles or they wont allow you to take a call even if it is emergeny, at the time of joining they will collect your original academic marks card which is returned only after completion of notice period, for that you have to go to their HO.
However it is govt contract as per my knowledge the salary for one executive is around 40k but from past 2 years the executives getting 18300, and there is no appraisal or incriment or bonus, only they make you work like a hell.
There is no festival celebration here, once you join this helpline you have to forget all the festival birthday or anniversary. You will be fired without any notice there is no job security at all. The break timing is only 45 minutes. You will gett back to back inbond calls from consumers where you will get scolding personally there is no gap for relief. If you take 2 minutes or more to clearify or convince the consumer, the management will scold you for dragging the call.
Recently the management appointed a Opertaion manger who has zero knowlegde about the process.They will appoint MBA graduates as TL who has no knowlegde about the process, the senior executive have to guide them.
There is no seperate or fixed desk or cabine for you, the desk allotment would be done on daily basis you are not allowed to sit beside your friends/collegues. Most of the time they will allot you with the unknown executive.
shift changes at weekly basis. If you are working in 2-10pm in sunday you have to work till 10 and again morning at 6 am. if you are working in night shift 10-6 , on monday you have to log in at 2 O clock in afternoon after working from sunday night 10pm to monday 6am.
The Gm, agm and om has the cctv access so they act like bigboss, they will warn you if they see you are standing or walking/talking with collegues, they will picture of you if they find you are roaming freely.
If you question the management they will terminate you or change your team.
Most of the time cab will be not their you have to come by standing in other cab, they deducting 3000 per month ase TA but proper facility is not there. Food you will get is very un hygenic most of the time we got cocroach or others insects,,very poor food quality, also you supposed to eat only after they allows you. they wont allow to have food when your are hungry.Randomly they will send, The drinking water is also not good it smells very badly we are getting fever and cold very frequently.
Finally working here is like a hell. it has adverse effect on youth health mentally, as well as physically there is proper food timing or sleep timing. no work-life balance at all. You will get far better job. There is no respect for you all cheap politics. all the seniors are leaving due to poor management. Dont waste your time and energy here. Worst company...Read More
