They made me involve in so many things that I was distracted from my own work which is to handle production and it’s a huge responsibility They wanted me to work late after going home which I used to do but for only deliveries but they wanted to discuss other things also related to designing as they had literally no staff except mewhich is unexceptable When you are involved in so many things discussions are endless Increment used to happen on bargain basis I have handled office single handedly They introduced sales bonus Which was target based After achieving the target they never used to pay us bonus for that You have to keep begging for it They used to lie about the sales I was the one who was taking orders ,sending deliveries ,making bill I knew the truth They are liers!!!!...Read More

Work Details

It is chaotic I was handling 50/100 client on daily basis They had no specific department One has to do all by herself But the issue was they were never ready for a discussion And I didn’t like they used to lie about sales for not

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
