It’s a company-sponsored transport facility that picks and drops our employees from the nearest metro stations, should they choose to avail it. The vehicles used are company-owned and are driven by company-employed drivers. The purpose of this facility is to provide rapid, stress-free connectivity between the office and the nearest metro stations, especially during traffic-ridden office hours. Keeping this in mind, if you have further feedback on the facility’s improvement, we request you to voice your concerns in detail via our internal communication system. However, they're bound to vary from industry to industry, employee to employee and are sometimes based on factors such as expertise, experience and extraordinary contributions. At MGI, we duly recognise employees based on their performance and outstanding accomplishments and make sure they're rewarded appropriately. Furthermore, our appraisals are based on a comprehensive performance review procedure that follows international standards. It incorporates a ranking system built on a substantial number of assessment parameters and tangible metrics, making it accurate, objective and fair. On top of that, we have another level of evaluation wherein the managers at MGI follow a structured and well-defined process, which also includes a significant number of parameters to evaluate employee performance. This detailed protocol is implemented each year with absolute precision, and the multiple levels of review and feedback are specially designed to minimise bias and ensure transparency and fairness. Regarding the learning curve – For employees who feel they've maximised their potential, there are multiple ways to grow and contribute to the organisation. For starters, you can speak to your manager about assigning additional challenging tasks within your current domain. This can directly help in enhancing your learning curve. Next, you can explore the possibility of switching to a different team working on a different domain or technology. We're one of the few companies wherein such transfers are encouraged and made possible, provided the switch falls within the scope of the company's policies. It’s important for you to know that our organisation is built on two foundational pillars – equality and equity (among many others). Therefore, our appraisal and promotional policies are unbiased, and our workforce is solely rewarded on the basis of their merits and initiatives. That said, if an employee outperforms themselves and makes extraordinary contributions, the said employee deserves recognition and is rewarded appropriately.
