Everything. The work culture is TOXIC. There's no respect for personal space and time. You get calls outside regular office hours and are expected to work no matter what. The extra hours you spend working from home or on weekends are not even acknowledged. Half of the company is a smoker. It's part of the culture. People are extremely addicted to booze, smokes, and women. About 40% of the management is incompetent.
