Work Culture in Merkle Sokrati is quite good, there are seniors that you can always rely on for help whenever you're not able to figure something out. The learning curve here is quite high.

Clueless Leadership. Misalignment of undeserving people in important positions. Low salary, low appraisals and absolutely no benefits. HR is invisible. No specific Escalation Metrix if you are facing trouble.
