Worst culture. No work/Life balance. Strict 9 hours shift with the timer on your head. No WFH/HYBRID culture. strict 5 days office working. They don't understand anything like family emergency. If you don't have leaves they cut salary and ask you to put LOP. Micromanagement at peak. Stalking you like anything. Calculating break times and whom you are talking to. Honestly there is nothing good here.

Dislikes

Too much micro management, no job security. They can terminate to anytime. This is more like a school. Who have to be on seat all the time, can not talk to friend. have to come on time. They never appreciate your work. There is too much work pressure. No genuine excuses are consider. This is not a good place or work culture to work.
