Environment is very good. The seniors, teammates are cooperative and welcome new initiatives. Compensation is fair, provided your performance is exemplary.

Dislikes

At times internal politics takes toll on you especially when you deliver 9/10 jobs. That 1 job which you didn't do ( because it was never a priority) will be marked by your boss and no proper handover.

Work Details

Sorted until you deliver what is asked for. Got chance to learn in depth the different functions of my dept., Though i struggled at the beginning as there was no proper handover.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
