Everything is systamatic, they work orderly through hierarchy and each one have to follow their defined job description or job roll. They demand improvement in performance from time to time.

1) Less man power to much work. 2) Indian hierarchy are to much biased towards North Indian based employees, they dont give any high post to South Indian even thought we are highly competitive and better performers. 3) International team still not knowing baised blaming for poor market presence and yes branch got closed at bangalore due to poor market presence and mainly North Indians in South Indian regional office never understood local business, language and local people. It is french mnc providing microbiological testing of food samples. Best place to learn actual and precise Microbiolological analysis specially for parameter like salmonella and Listeria. Pure culture maintaince system is best in world known as DPCS. Environmental monitoring of lab is also have best strategy among all testing labs.
