At this company at managerial level growth is good below that no any sense for growth of employee on their education and level of experience basis, At here decision to change in system require more energy because it will change but the superior person don't see performance of employee and not appreciate to the employee.

Dislikes

At her team work means do at individual level, Job security is not good, growth in career is less, salary of at Managerial level good, but at junior and Assistant level is too bad. at the time of increment they don't think about experience and education of employee.
