I worked at this company for over a year but recently left due to the challenging work environment after my manager got changed. The culture was highly demotivating, especially for junior employees and non CA, who were often criticized and treated disrespectfully. The HR department lacked supportive policies, particularly for femaleemployees, and mental harassment was common and HR is not supportive at all. Management used inappropriate language, creating a hostile and discouraging workplace. My time at Mercurius was very positive. The team was very supportive. There was minimal office politics within my team , which made for a productive environment. HR, especially Ms Deepansha, made the onboarding process easy and was supportive throughout. A little more freedom should be given. Eg- if my work for the day is over we should be allowed to go home, rather, now we have to sit and complete our hours be it idle. Although, we are encouraged to utilise our time to practise and learn.
