Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

I have gating average autocad Electrical cad Draughting experience in doning job in Mep consultancy.salary gate time to time in every month.

Dislikes

giving Very poor value to draughtsman staff no,email no charging point no any proper computers given to them. admin is the main person in that company he take his own rules about holidays let marks & leaves. only muslim staff are different rules & facilities. also this is not salary base company. company gave Professional fees to all staff.
