Whenever I perform well the seniors praise me for that and they were supportive and understand and also guide us how to do the task this was literally good! I feel happy while working here! This internship help me a lot about personality upliftment

Well every coin has two sides mentorsity has good as well as bad aspect too but the good one is more which is really appreciable. Sometimes the clarity of task what to perform and some process is confusing..this is what I face I my entire journey nothing else and it's my honest review

I understand it's a young company and the initial years are usually challenging but if they would work on this then it will benefit them for a long run.

I'm a Data Entry Intern in this company. I've gained lots experience from this company like skills wise and communication wise and etc.. Also the management is very good and very use full.

Dislikes

I literally don't have any idea about this because I just worked as a intern in this company. From my experience I have only one dislike about this company. That is, in some meeting with our mentors sometimes they're using hard word's if we didn't complete the work within the given time.

However, I've realized that it's pushing me to prioritize better and improve my time management skills. Overall, the positive far outweighs any challenge and i see every experience here as an opportunity to grow.

Absolutely loved the culture of Mentorsity. The seniors including Riya Ma’am and Jindal sir were both very helping in nature and understanding. They provided the right guidance through the internship. And we had flexible work hours, which was very helping to me.
