Good work environment with helpful people, good work life balance. The management is pretty good. Full freedom of work, Good people, professionally run. However they pay less. Each day is full of challenges. There is new thing to learn each day. Meeting deadlines for submissions of NPI sample is the most challenging part. Encourages multi-tasking which makes you a go-getter.

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward.

Establish process and provide technical support and input to address process related issues in production and conversions. Activate participation in WCM improvement projects, process establishment for every new product, specially Rigid Box NP Development.
