I was working with them for more than 1 year which is a good amount of time, but unfortunately, the working culture was not good at all, they treat people like they are a slave to them and when they want they can fire anyone. No one was happy while working there. Only they give a salary on time rest they will ask you to come on Sundays and even on holidays. Special in furniture division the director of the company is good and he give responsibility and open hand to work

Dislikes

They treat employees like a slave specially in FMGC division, since this is a family business they treat very badly. Manoj, Sonia, and Ramesh are the family members and they harass everyone including top management as well.
