In Melco india pvt. ltd. there is no job satisfaction accepting salary also, wrong exploited, they were not give me a single paper after joining and after left my job.... they were not show company policy also, HR always misbehaving us.... no salary increment, no holidays..... overall very bad experience and waste of time......

I alredy tell you that company did'nt show any single paper, they are taking advantage of manpower, they know the condition of engineers very well , they alredy fixed our rates. Diploma rate is 6000rs. an d B.E 8000. if Any employee is ill, they are not provide any medical facility, and not give us any leave , and if we take a single leave they are cut our salary and ristrict the increment also....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
