Work Flexibility, Open environment, Anyone can reach to the senior management without any fear. Also Company give some benefits in Salary for saving the taxes although it is not much but good enough.

Nothing but there are so much of work keep on coming and people has to work in weekends as well. Company knows that and that is why they give the flexibility to those employees who work after office hours or on weekends.

The company is overall great and the top management are very much supportive reachable and they provide lot of opportunities to develop our skills

The HR department is utterly very poor in handling their responsibilities the senior are in capable of their role their actions are all delayed and there is no timely response to employees and they are not supportive of the employees, their appraisal cycle and commitments are poor as outside and their recruitment process are so slowthat they hire employees after the completion of projects.
