I worked as subject matter expert. I have to review the doubts solved by vendors. There is nothing to learn. We loose our teaching skills and subject knowledge if you work there for long hours.

The environment is motivating and the colleagues are co-operative. i had great exposure and many opportunities to manage projects independently early in my career. Our team is full of young and creative people. Having such a team brings much energy to the workplace. Everyone can take on leadership roles and contribute, regardless of their experience.

Consistently excessive workload without corresponding support or compensation. Without structured and consistent efforts to actively engage staff, there's a risk of creating an environment where employees feel undervalued and disconnected from the company's goals and culture.

Within just three years of starting up, things took a turn for the worse in terms of company culture. Many employees started leaving on their own because they didn't feel their jobs were secure and the atmosphere wasn't good. The people in charge, especially those in authority and top positions, seem to show favoritism. Even the potential leaders decided to leave because they didn't agree with how things were being done. Even though the company might offer attractive salaries, people who come from renowned institutions usually don't last long because there are not many opportunities to learn and grow.
